Join us for an informative discussion on why mind-body-heart practices work!  Dr. Linda Chamberlain will share a blend of science and simple tools that demonstrate why mind-body-heart practices are so effective and how science is catching up with cultural wisdom and people's way of knowing. Door prize alert! Dr. Chamberlain recently released a children's book with the Alaska Children's Trust which highlights simple tools for self-regulation and well-being for families- throw your name in the hat for your chance to win one of these fantastic reads!
