Infants, children and young people have specific health needs & risks, and depend on others to provide them with appropriate health care and healthy guidance. On this page you will find helpful links to reliable information related to the health and medical care of infants, children, and adolescents from birth up to the age of 18.

There is also information to empower adolescents and young adults to take charge of their health when it comes to lifestyle, prevention and self-care.

Our Rehabilitation Department provides Family focused, play based therapy individually designed for children to reach their developmental potential in our own Pediatric Therapy Gym, and Homer Medical Center serves pediatric patients of all ages for Acute Care, same-day “sick visits”, asthma, developmental screenings and more, including well-baby and well-child checkups to 3 years old with the West Wing’s Certified Nurse Midwives.
