South Peninsula Hospital Family Care is a primary care clinic located at 4201 Bartlett Street, in a shared building with the SPH Specialty Clinic and Orthopedics Clinic.  SPH Family Care provides caring, friendly medical care to individuals and families Monday-Saturday.  Practicing here are Dr. Cherie’ Inglis; Carol Klamser, FNP; Christine Pratt, PA; Carrie Warren, FNP and Mei Mershon, RN.  Warren also sees patients in the Family Care Clinic for the Sunrise Medical Weight Loss program.
