    Every first and third Tuesday from 5-7PM at the SPH Training Center at 203 W. Pioneer Ave., anyone in need can safely & confidentially dispose of used needles & obtain clean needles, and access free resources and information including naloxone (overdose) kits, sanitary products, free rapid on-site HIV/AIDS & Hep-C testing and more.

    Additionally, South Peninsula Hospital accepts sharps on the second Wednesday of each month from 1 - 3 p.m. During this time only, sharps will be accepted from the public and only at the loading dock entrance, found on the lower level east side below the main entrance.     Wednesday Evenings in March (beginning Wednesday, March 8) from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at SPARC (South Peninsula Athletic & Recreation Center, 600 Sterling Hwy.)

    Join a different instructor from Dharmic Spruce each Wednesday in March (beginning March 8th) from 6-7pm for a free hour of yoga at SPARC, sponsored by South Peninsula Hospital! Each instructor will bring a unique experience and class tailored to their teaching style. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. All ages and abilities are welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (we will have extras), a water bottle, and some extra layers. Contact wellness@sphosp.org for more information
