    Kick off the new year with a month of learning, growth, and community. We're excited to bring you an incredible lineup of speakers and events, plus yoga classes with this month's instructor, Sarah Estabrook.

    For Sarah, yoga is a journey toward the Self. Through the practice of feeling, we can heal and fall in love with ourselves and with life.

    Yoga 101: This class offers basic stretches and strengthening poses designed to help you feel, heal, and connect with your true Self. All are welcome to join and explore the transformative power of yoga in a supportive environment.
