Make a Payment
Paying your bill should be fast and easy, so South Peninsula Hospital offers numerous convenient ways to make a payment. We also have self-pay and prompt pay discounts, and offer financial assistance and payment plans. Learn more on our Financial Assistance page.
MyChart Patient Portal
Be prepared to log in to the patient portal, and select the “Billing” tab. Once there you can review your invoice, pay in full, or set up an automated monthly payment plan.
Login to Patient Portal
No login needed to pay as a guest. Have your Account # (this is called Guarantor # on your bill) and guarantor name handy, and make payment using your credit card.

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm. Please have your account number and credit card handy and use this option for care received any time. Please leave your name and phone number if we are not available and your call will be returned. You can also set up an automated payment plan with this option.

Complete the mail-in portion of your paper bill and mail a check or money order to the address provided on the bill.

In Person
We are always happy to receive walk-in payments at any time at the billing office located to the left of the registration desk at the hospital's main entrance.

Online payment
This option is strictly a make payment option and does not show your account or invoice information. Please be prepared to enter the patient’s first and last name, phone #, an email address and the account number you are paying on. You will also enter the amount you want to pay, and your credit card information.
