SPH has transitioned to the new MyCareCorner patient portal.
For those who had an account set up in the hospital portal prior to June 28, 2022, and have not yet transitioned to MyCareCorner, please contact the Patient Portal Support Line at (907)235-0881 to request an email invitation to set up your new log-in and password. Your new account will have your historic health information transferred automatically.

If you already have an account with the old platform, the next time you log in you will be asked to set up a new user name and password in our new patient portal platform, and you will be guided through the setup process for MyCare Corner. This platform is more user friendly and has improved features for your convenience.
