We value your feedback and greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions you might have to help us improve the patient experience at South Peninsula Hospital. Most patients will receive a Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey via email, text or US Postal Service following their visit. We sincerely encourage you to complete and submit your survey, as those responses are reviewed by department leads and hospital leadership, and we make changes when and where we can based on surveys submitted.
