Our Provider:

Ian Wisecarver, MD, is a native of New Orleans, LA where he attended Louisiana State University’s medical school.  After medical school he completed an elite six year integrated plastic surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX. This training program is consistently recognized as one of the best in the country due to its emphasis on rigorous clinical training and an emphasis on graduated autonomy. Outside of clinic and the operating room,  Dr. Wisecarver spends his free time doing all things outdoors. He is an avid spearfisherman, skydiver, backcountry hunter and hiker, and enjoys travelling internationally and is rarely found without his four-footed companion Baba.

Location:

All consults and some simple procedures will take place at our modern Renew Clinic, located at 4251 Hohe Street in Homer. Most surgeries will take place in the hospital’s outpatient surgery department, located in the main hospital building at 4300 Bartlett Street in Homer.

Appointment Information
