End of Life Care - Community Discussion at the Homer Public Library

As part of this year's Big Read Events, please join us for a community conversation about end of life care at the Homer Public Library on Friday, February 15th at 6:00pm.
The panel includes Dr. Giulia Tortora, Chief of Staff, South Peninsula Hospital; Ivy Stuart, RN, Director, South Peninsula Hospital Home Health; Rev. Lisa Talbott, Homer United Methodist Church; Cathy Stingley, family caregiver; Pam Hooker, MSW, Court Visitor for Adult Guardianships; Janice Downing, Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska; and Kathy Carssow, MS, LPA and will be facilitated by Bonita Banks, RN, Health & Wellness Educator, South Peninsula Hospital and Jessica Golden, Executive Director, Hospice of Homer.
