MAPP (Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships) of the Southern Kenai Peninsula is a locally-driven coalition that supports individuals, groups, and organizations in collectively achieving shared goals that increase community resiliency. The backbone support provided includes the ongoing collection of community-level data, convening shared discussions to prioritize issues for action, and empowering community members to build on their strengths and employ a collective impact process to achieve goals. Health is defined broadly to include physical, mental, economic, educational, cultural, and environmental health.
