“Practical Coping Tools for Troubled Times” – online presentation and Q&A with Dori Hagen, Licensed Professional Counselor

Dori Hagen, LPC is a licensed professional counselor practicing in Homer. She will be sharing some strategies and resources that may help you with the “pandemic fatigue” of the last 18 months, as well as interpersonal conflicts and increases in mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and substance use.

Message from Dori: “I am honored to spend some time with you this November.  There is an old proverb that says, “hope deferred makes the heart sick.”  It is my heart’s desire that time spent with you can bring a ray of hope that has been difficult or impossible to see.”

Online presentations will be 30 minutes with additional time for questions and sharing as needed. Questions may also be submitted anonymously to wellness@sphosp.org in advance.
