Wellness Wednesday: Intro to Meditation with Bhante Suyama

Get ready to experience a zen-tastic introduction to meditation by joining Bhante Suyama, a Buddhist Monk, at our upcoming event! In this session, Bhante will provide insight into what meditation really is and the incredible benefits that come along with this practice. You will then be able to engage in a guided meditation led by Bhante himself. Take advantage of this chance to learn and relax with others in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
After, you can enjoy a yoga class focused on embracing the slower pace of winter. We will begin by taking ample time to warm up our bodies before moving through poses with intention and breath, paying close attention to alignment and body positioning. Finally, we will slow things down and indulge in a well-deserved rest. Suitable for all ages and experience levels! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (we will have a few extras).
Light refreshments will be served. Come for a part or stay for all!
