Join Morgan Dwyer, MA, LPC, CDC 1, as we explore the transformative power of journaling. In this session, you'll discover how journaling can help you cultivate self-reflection and improve your relationships. Not only does journaling have positive effects on your physical and mental health, but it's also an easily accessible tool that can be integrated into your daily routine.

After, you can enjoy a yoga class focused on embracing the slower pace of winter. We will begin by taking ample time to warm up our bodies before moving through poses with intention and breath, paying close attention to alignment and body positioning. Finally, we will slow things down and indulge in a well-deserved rest. Suitable for all ages and experience levels! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (we will have a few extras).

Light refreshments will be served. Come for a part or stay for all!
